Many celebrities vouch for fluid diets like juices, soups and water when the results need to be instant. The juices should have less or no sugar. Other beverages include black coffee and tea without sugar and milk. In some cases, milk may be allowed but generally it is avoided.

Chocolates and related products are not allowed and encouraged. Milk products like cheese and butter are restricted. Rice intake is limited. Chapattis are advised. Lots of green vegetables are recommended. Only those food products that are low in fat content and carbohydrates are suggested. Celebrity diets are mainly high on protein content.

But, the most important aspect of the diet is the salad. They are recommended to have a lot of salads which include lot of fruits and vegetables in various mixes. Honey could be sparingly used along with salad. Honey with luke warm water also helps maintain fitness.
